Tangshan Guangming Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. offers plastic pallets of various specifications for bottled water. In response to market demand over the past two years, we have developed a line of display rack pallets for bottled water tailored to supermarkets and office environments in modern commercial buildings. This product line fits 18.9L, 15L, 12L and 5L bottled water barrels. Within just two years, we have developed and manufactured more than 30 sets of molds for all specifications of this series. We have participated in numerous domestic bottled water industry exhibitions and won wide recognition from customers at home and abroad.

This year, Tangshan Guangming Plastic Industry once again took part in the 139th Canton Fair Spring Session. A client from Mongolia lingered at our booth with concerns. After in-depth communication, we learned that the client had a huge demand for display racks for 5-liter bottled water in Mongolia. However, the 5L display rack showcased onsite failed to meet their needs. The bottleneck lay in the smaller caliber of their local 5L water barrels compared with domestic Chinese versions. If they adopted our existing racks, excessive gaps would remain when stacking barrels, creating severe safety risks for multi-layer storage.
After fully grasping this pain point, our company made a decision to independently develop a customized 5L display rack exclusively for Hercules Mongolia’s small-caliber water barrels. The first batch of ordered products for this client has now been completed. Deeply touched by our bespoke solution, the Mongolian client promised to pay a visit to our factory on their next trip to China.
