R&D and Production Capability
The plastic pallets produced by our company are widely used in industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, tobacco, electronics, glass, warehousing, and logistics. The "Jing-Tang" brand plastic pallets have been designated as long-term cooperative suppliers by many outstanding and well-known enterprises, including Chengde Lulu, Three Squirrels, CP Group, Hengshui Laobaigan, Yanjing Beer, and Jinboshi Paper. They have also received favorable evaluations and recognition from both the industry and a broad range of users.
What sets our HDPE plastic pallets apart in the heavy-load sector is the meticulous engineering behind their molecular structure. High-Density Polyethylene is characterized by its high strength-to-density ratio. The lack of branching in its polymer chain results in a stronger intermolecular force and tensile strength. When applied to pallet manufacturing via high-pressure injection molding, the result is a monolithic structure free of the weak points found in assembled wooden or nailed pallets. Advanced structural designs, such as honeycomb ribbing and integrated anti-slip grommets, further enhance load-bearing capabilities while preventing cargo shift during transit.
Quality Assurance: Guangming Plastics
The factory premises cover an area of over 20,000 square meters, with fixed assets totaling 100 million RMB. Leveraging robust capital, advanced technology, state-of-the-art equipment, and rigorous management, the company has established an integrated system for the research, development, and production of plastic pallets and injection molds. Equipped with dozens of injection molding machines ranging from 1,200 to 50,000 grams in capacity, the company specializes in manufacturing internationally-aligned, one-time injection-molded plastic pallets, including rack series, standard series, lightweight series, steel-pipe-inserted rack series, and turnover crate series, among other plastic products. It also undertakes various plastic processing projects.
The products comply with national environmental requirements for substituting plastic for wood, with all technical indicators meeting or exceeding the GB/T15234-94 national standard. The company has obtained ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification, GB/T28001-2011 occupational health and safety management system certification, and GB/T24001-2004 environmental management system certification. The products are widely sold across the three northeastern provinces, North China, Beijing, and other regions, with some items exported to South Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
