The product is made from thickened high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic particles as the core material. This material has excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature and low-temperature resistance. Combined with a mature hot melt welding process, the grid panels and bottom support ribs are precisely joined to form a solid and stable structure. The welded area is firm and tight, ensuring the overall structure of the tray is stable and reliable, and it can safely carry heavy goods without easy damage.
Both the upper and lower surfaces of the tray are designed with grid or perforated structures, achieving a perfect balance of high-strength load-bearing and ventilation and moisture-proof performance. On one hand, the grid structure reduces the weight of the tray while quickly dissipating the moisture of the goods, preventing deterioration and rusting due to moisture, especially suitable for heavy goods such as grain sacks and building material pipes that require ventilation storage. On the other hand, the thickened material and scientific distribution of the ribs give the tray strong carrying capacity, which can easily meet the turnover and stacking requirements of heavy goods.
