The bottom of the tray adopts a standard "C" shape reinforced rib load-bearing structure, with the intersecting ribs forming a stable support system, which can evenly distribute the pressure of the goods and ensure load-bearing stability.
The panel adopts a grid perforated design, which not only effectively reduces the weight of the tray, facilitating handling operations, but also quickly dissipates the moisture of the goods, achieving excellent ventilation and moisture-proof effects, preventing bagged grains, fertilizers, etc. from moldy due to moisture, and also creating a dry storage environment for boxed industrial products. The product material has strong toughness and excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, capable of adapting to frequent turnover industrial scenarios. For high-position shelving storage and heavy-load requirements, galvanized steel pipes can be embedded in the C-shaped ribs to further strengthen the structural strength, significantly enhancing the shelf's load-bearing capacity and bending resistance, and extending its service life.
